If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cake on collection/delivery please inform me straight away so I can resolve any problems you may have.
On the rare chance of any complaints on the taste. I must be notified within 48 hours after cake collection/delivery and the cake returned for investigation. If complaint is justified a full or part refund will be given under the circumstances of the complaint. The maximum refund offered will be the price of the cake.
Most of my cakes made will be displayed on this website/Facebook cake invaders unless customer requests otherwise. Personal picture photo cakes will not be displayed.
Cakes should be kept in a cool dark place. Sponge cakes have a shelf life of approximately one week.
We can not guarantee our cakes will be nut free. Please confirm nut or other allergies on ordering. Gluten free cakes are also available.
All deposits are non refundable. Cakes are not booked until the deposit has been payed.
All customers collecting are responsible for the safe transport of their cake. Although we do our best to make sure the cake is secure to travel some cakes are more delicate and require more care when driving them around. We do however have dummy wedding cakes we can use in an emergency at extra cost.
Any problems we will do our best to resolve, please give me the opportunity to put things right before giving any bad reviews. I make a lot of effort to make the cakes to the best they can be. Thank you for your support.
